All Sales Final
All sales are final at Prosper. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received the wrong order.
Exceptions

No Returns or Exchanges After Fulfillment
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
Carrier Responsibility
Prosper is not responsible for your package once it has been picked up by the carrier (UPS/USPS/DHL). Any issues or incidents occurring during transit are beyond our control.
